The units are ideal for pork processing centres, large community kitchens, supermarkets and hypermarkets, food industries, meat processing centres and large butcher’s shops. To use a sausage filler machine, simply identify the thickness of sausages, then choose the right filling tube for the size you’ve selected. Fill the machine with minced meat, make sure it’s already been seasoned beforehand. After this, attach the sausage casing to the filling tube. Now hold the casing firmly with your hand, then turn the lever in a manual sausage maker or press the button in an automatic sausage filler to move the pressure plate downwards.
